    Assessment

For BSB50415 Diploma of Business Administration assessments occur within Open Training Institute’s simulated work environment.

To make sure these assessments seem as realistic as possible, we’ve given this environment (your ‘place of work’) a name: the Australian Business and Management Network (ABMN).

During assessments you play the role of an ABMN staff member who works from home. Your Trainer and Assessor will play the role of an ABMN manager (your direct manager).

Each assessment is made up of one or more tasks which will be delivered to you in an email format. In cases where there are more than one tasks, you won’t receive the next task until the previous task has been assessed.

You will complete each task by replying to the email.

Before you beginning working through your first Module you will need to complete induction training and 2 assessments:

    • The ABMN Business Induction is a Question and Answer assessment about the legislation and standards you need to be aware of to work in a business environment.
